after lunch slow ,painfully slow,tashas dermatologists receptionist is nasty,nasty woman,not polite....why...well she probably didn't have lunch....mmmmmpizza ....continued madness ,hoping for busy,get slow,hope for sun ...get rain...hope for rain get sun.....prices going through roof on anything bio diesel related....are we making food too expensive to eat?cheaper to buy beef than bread..? no carbs? every one skinny with very little brain function(look it up)does any one read these besides me? why would they?need pictures,yeah ,pictures .............

tuesday am empty restaurant,not open until 12 ,nothing new,slow weekend(easter,spring break)will work on blog,maybe some pictures,maybe some ranting,maybe nothing....back later with more...who reads this anyway?

Saturday,armed and ready, waiting for the masses to converge and feed.usual state of general manager talking about cost controls and where and when things could have been different for the week...it's my friday..looking forward to two days away from work...don't get me wrong, I really enjoy my work,I just wish the business aspects were less and the artistic side was all that exsisted..as my sous chef says I'm an artist and I want to be treated like one....so we cut off his ear and we don't feed him .....back tuesday......

friday lunch chaos cooks cut fingers blood,nonstop,no reservations,why,with phones so available,internet websites,I'm going to see if my dentist lets me just walk in to have a cavity filled at my whim...oh I know business is what it is and you're really at the disposal of anyone who strolls in off the streets But why is there NO rhyme nor reason to this business?did mars align with the stars today and we weren't told and that's why today was so much different than yesterday?is there no predictability in the universe....oh why oh why
