eggplant puree,the bane of all existence...does food taste better if it looks better,baby food is puree and damn good puree might i add,yet when you go to higher end restaurants it seems the more processed it is the more that is charged for it...food service all of it has a process and an expectation that was set by royalty years ago....ask any chef the order of the dining utensils and you'll be told about start at the outside and work your way in per course...true or not or how the traditional food is created ....fuggers
